What You Bring

✔️ A degree in Marketing or a related field
✔️ 1–2 years of experience in a media agency or similar role
✔️ Experience with digital campaigns and an eye for KPIs
✔️ A natural feel for numbers, data and performance insights
✔️ Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different teams and stakeholders
✔️ Fluent in English – German is a plus, but not a must
✔️ A proactive, open-minded and collaborative mindset
✔️ You're curious, empathetic, and enjoy helping others grow
