Junior Project Manager - OMD EMEA Collaboration team (all genders)

Join the OMD EMEA Collaboration team, a small international team leading change inside our organization across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

We're looking for an organized and proactive team player to help us bring big ideas to life. You'll be part of exciting projects, develop strong connections across our 40+ offices, and shape how we communicate, collaborate, and grow. The position is to start in September 2025, and it is based in Hamburg (2 days/week in the office).

What you’ll do

• Help manage multiple projects: Support the setup, daily coordination, and follow-up of several transformation initiatives from start to finish. You'll help keep everything running smoothly! Here is an example of what we do: https://vimeo.com/1033152308/eae5cf38b4?share=copy
• Turn ideas into compelling stories: Develop presentations, one-pagers, assets and communication materials that engage and inspire.
• Write to engage: Draft memorable and actionable emails, announcements, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate across borders: Become the go-to person for 40+ local offices, building strong working relationships and solving problems together.
• Bring stories to life: Create /edit short videos that capture the essence of our programs.

Your profile / What you will bring

• A recent university graduate, at the start of your career — all academic backgrounds welcome
• You are proactive and have a ‘can do’ attitude!
• Curiosity and drive, you enjoy solving problems and learning on the go
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in PowerPoint and intermediate-level Excel
• Comfortable with (or excited to learn) tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Camtasia
